Your Chakras & Their Frequencies

You have probably heard about the chakras in the body. These are the main energy centers, therefore, when they are open, energy can run through them freely, which will result in harmony between the physical body, mind, and spirit.

In Sanskrit, chakra translates to “wheel.” Think of them as wheels of free-flowing positive energies.

Having open chakras are essential to your overall well-being, and one way to guarantee that is to tune it to solfeggio frequencies.

Each of our chakra is associated with a solfeggio frequency:

The Root Chakra at 396 Hz

Associated with the root chakra, this emits a low and smooth frequency that can help eliminate feelings of fear, guilt, and trauma.

The root chakra represents our foundation; hence, it sits at the base of the spine. It provides a feeling of groundedness.

When the root chakra is open, you will have more confidence to overcome challenges and stand on your own. However, when it’s blocked, you will feel more threatened as if you’re standing on shaky ground.

The Sacral Chakra at 417 Hz

Associated with the sacral chakra, this frequency helps bring positive change and creativity. Moreover, it is the frequency to help relieve stress and tension. You can also listen to it to loosen tight muscles and joints.

The sacral chakra is responsible for informing us how we relate to our emotions and the feelings of others. It also governs creativity and sexual energy. You can find it in the lower abdomen, approximately two inches below the navel.

When this is blocked, you will feel a lack of control in your life.

The Solar Plexus Chakra at 528 Hz

Bring more transformation and miracles into your life by listening to this frequency while you align your solar chakra with it. This is excellent for anxiety, pain relief, and weight loss.

The third chakra is about your ability and confidence in your life. Those butterflies in your stomach are caused by this chakra being at work. It is located at the upper abdomen.

If it’s blocked, you will feel an overwhelming amount of shame and self-doubt. On the other hand, when it’s open, you will find it easier to express your true self.

The Heart Chakra at 639 Hz

This frequency is deeply connected with intimacy; hence it’s associated with the heart chakra. It serves as the foundation for healthy relationships.

The heart chakra alone serves as the bridge between the lower and upper chakras. It influences your ability to give and receive love, from yourself and others. This is located at the center of your chest, just above the heart.

If the heart chakra is blocked, you will find it difficult ti open up about your feelings. When it’s open, you can experience deep empathy and compassion.

The Throat Chakra at 741 Hz

This frequency is helpful for generating ideas, speaking clearly, and thinking creatively. It is associated with the throat chakra that gives voice to the heart chakra and controls your ability to communicate.

When it’s open, you can express yourself truly and easily. However, when it’s blocked, you will find it challenging to find the words to convey your message.

The Third Eye at 852 Hz

This is known as the frequency of reconnection with the spiritual and higher order of things. It shows what’s real and connects you to your deep dreams and authenticity. It is associated with the third eye chakra, which is located on the forehead between the eyes.

The sixth chakra controls your ability to see the big picture and connect to intuition. When it’s open, you will get more visions and intuitive hits that will help you in life.

The Crown Chakra at 963 Hz

This frequency helps you connect with your universal wisdom, higher realms, and dimensions. It is associated with the highest chakra that sits at the crown of the head.

The crown chakra represents your ability to connect with your spirituality. When it’s open, you can access higher consciousness.
