You Don’t Have to Be Lost to Find Yourself

There’s one journey we will all take in our own time — the journey to finding ourselves.

But the question is: How do you begin?

Is meditating the answer? Should you meditate for hours and hours until you reach enlightenment?

I don’t think so.

I cannot tell you who you are. But I can tell you how to begin.

The Journey to Finding Yourself

Are you wandering through life without any sense of fulfillment? Like you don’t know your purpose? No matter what you do, you can’t seem to feel that it’s enough? 

Or are your emotions all over the place, like your vibration is always low? Either you feel strong emotions, even those around you, or you feel completely numb. As if nothing can make you happy and contented?

It is perfectly normal to feel all these; it doesn’t mean that you are lost either. 

But why do you have to find yourself?

Finding yourself will open magical doors that allow you to decide what you want in life and find out what is important. It can be the little things leading to big things.

Finding yourself will help you know who you are and who you want to be. This isn’t a one-time thing. As you grow older, you will need to check-in with yourself if you are still on the right path. 

You don’t have to be experiencing confusion or discontentment to dive into this journey. You can simply make the conscious decision to move forward.

  1. Spend Time Alone

Spending time with yourself can help you realize things that matter to you the most. It is both a time to refresh and unwind and a time to reflect.

When was the last time you ate a meal by yourself? Went shopping by yourself? Or watched a movie by yourself? When was the last time you truly connected to your feelings and thoughts?

Spending time alone gives you time to focus and eliminates the usual distractions surrounding you. 

  1. Listen to Sacred Sound Healing System

As you delve deeper into your journey, another great thing to do is listen to the sounds that allow you to clear negativities and blockages and raise your vibration. When you have a high vibration, decision-making becomes more effortless.

If you are fighting with someone, before reacting, touch your forehead to give you clarity. If you are going through heartbreak, touch your heart to know what steps you should take. If you don’t know how to express your gratitude to the Universe, touch your belly and allow it to ground you.
