Have you ever thought about your rhythm? It’s not what keeps you going, it’s more like your pattern or flow daily. Have you had one of those days where you feel you are unproductive? Don’t get me started on Monday blues.
Then, you’re missing one important ingredient in your life: knowing your rhythm.
Personal rhythm is the pattern you’ve created on how you will act and behave in every area of your life. But it applies to everything. Life has a rhythm. It comes in waves. It’s up and down – a constant push and pull. You may be swimming in what you think is the right direction, but it will pull you away and guide you on where you’re supposed to be.
Your vibration plays a key role in your rhythm. If you have low vibrations caused by negative energy, then more often than not, you won’t have the right rhythm to jumpstart your day. Once you’ve realized this, you can now work on elevating your vibration.
How I lost my rhythm and what I did to overcome it
Do you remember moments when you feel like nothing can stop you, like the Universe is aligning perfectly well with your plans? You’re just so happy. But then, all of a sudden, everything changes. It goes from a steady flow to a full stop. This is exactly what happened to me.
I recently moved to a new place. The newness of my surroundings had me feeling off. I couldn’t seem to work properly. I spilled coffee on myself, I was delayed on some projects, I was behind at work, and I couldn’t find time to clean my apartment!
I did not like it. I felt unhappy with what was happening. So, I took a step back. I created a routine for myself. I wrote down specific times for each task. Yes, I ate my comfort food. And no, don’t judge me, but it’s pizza. I also did things to help with my vibration, like meditation. Every morning, I wake up and meditate for 20 minutes. I find my center and ground myself; I listen to my higher self. Sooner or later, I found my rhythm!
As for you, there are days where you can do anything! Tons off work, tiring household chores, and a full-body workout, but you can still keep going! Then there are days where you can’t seem to do anything right. What’s the deal, right?
What you can do is take time to step back, assess the situation, and listen to your mind. Traceback to the days when you could do anything. What mindset did you have during that day? What was your motivation? How was your vibration at that time?
After answering these questions, take time to relax and unwind. Do things that do not feel like work or activities that do not exhaust you. Instead, do things that make you feel happy. Keep doing it until you’ve replenished the vibration you’ve lost along the way. Eat your comfort food, watch your favorite tv series, drink your oh-so-yummy coffee – just pamper yourself!
When your vibration is at its highest, then you can go and do your daily routine with ease. Your rhythm is what keeps you going. It drives you to finish the tasks you have for the day.
Finding balance amidst the little chaos, I helped myself achieve higher vibrations. You can, too!
Just remember that it’s essential to pause once in a while. You can’t keep making things work even when you know it’s not the right way to do it.
Find your rhythm by creating a plan and sticking to that plan. Especially this holiday season, we can be busy with family, work, and creating the perfect celebration. During this time, when you know your rhythm, you won’t have any problem achieving higher vibrations. Everything you do will only make you feel good because you know you’re on the right track.
Don’t be afraid to admit that you haven’t found your rhythm. You will. So, go ahead and find your rhythm! Let it guide you in achieving higher vibrations!
Because you’re an amazing being, and you can do anything.
