Mirror Mirror on the Wall,
Am I in the Path to Healing or Not at All?

“There are times when it takes much more strength to know when to let go and then do it.”

— Ann Landers

Let me give you two scenarios and then after reading, I will have a very important question to ask.

Ready?

Scenario 1:

Lisa found herself sitting in a crowded cafe, her eyes scanning the sea of people before her.

She felt tired and drained, like she was fighting an uphill battle against something that had been pulling at her for years.

It’s taken up so much space in her life that it’s all she can think about.

Every decision is laced with guilt and shame because of what has happened to get here.

The past is holding onto Lisa tightly — refusing to let go even when she wants nothing more than to free herself from its grip so she can live again.

It starts to feel suffocating as emotions and memories flood into her mind, drowning out any other thoughts until there are none left but those which haunt Lisa every day.

They tell stories of the past, never allowing the future to see daylight.

No matter what Lisa does, meditation, visualization, attending healing retreats — she can’t seem to heal.

Scenario 2:

Lisa didn’t know when she started feeling this way.

She felt like her past was controlling every move she made.

For a long time, Lisa’s life had been all about traumas, pain, and fear, being reminded of it at every turn.

But today, something changed.

Today is the day that Lisa will end the cycle once and for all.

She woke up early in the morning to take a walk around town before meeting her friends for breakfast — anything to break the cycle.

It worked!

As she walked down Main Street, seeing people getting ready for their day ahead just like any other Monday morning, she felt that finally, she can be free.

All she had to do was face her fears, acknowledge them, and let them go so that she can finally live the life of her dreams.

The Moment of Truth

In these scenarios, which version of Lisa are you?

Are you the type who continues to hold on to the past and lets it control your life? Or are you the type who knows when enough is enough? The type who can and will let it all go?

You see, in order to heal, it doesn’t mean that you should keep holding onto the past, continuously reliving the details over and over again.

You’re just feeding your negative emotions by doing that.

This is the one common mistake people make when it comes to manifesting: Dwelling on the problem.

Problems are meant to be solved.

If you want to start manifesting the life you deserve, then letting go is the key.

Lift it to the Universe. Everything. Both the good and bad.

And that’s not all.

You can actually find out what’s blocking you from living the life you deserve, a life without past pains and trauma, a life where you are FREE.

All you have to do is simply watch the video below.

If you want to stop living a life just like scenario 1 then it’s time to believe in the Universe.
