This year has gone by quite fast, and Christmas is just around the corner. 2020 is a year where we will all celebrate the holidays differently. Whether you’re alone or with your loved ones, it’s still important to look after yourself—specifically, your vibration.
Yes, this season brings joy and fun into our lives, but it can also come with stress and anxiety. What better way to fight off these negativities by continuously raising your vibration through self-care?
Self-care is your ability to improve your well-being, your mindset, your body, and all other areas that require your attention. Now, what is vibration? Vibration is your overall state of being. Since the Universe is created by energy and everything in it has different frequencies, that includes you. The higher your frequency, the better your vibration. 1. Become Aware of Your Thoughts

4. Be Grateful
The easiest way to raise your vibration is through gratitude. Think about how the Universe has blessed you. Even the little things. Smell that? I promise you; your vibrations will rise and rise until you’re high up on cloud nine because you just feel so good about everything. Keep doing this with all the things you have, the people you’re with, the experiences you go through, and the Universe will bless you more.
5. Practice Acts of Kindness
There’s a certain sense of fulfillment when you help someone in need or if you volunteer to assist a stranger. Even a simple opening of the door or letting someone go in front of the line will genuinely raise your vibration. You won’t be able to help yourself but be happy and thankful that you did it.
