Are You Aware Of Your Thought Frequencies?

Your thoughts are like living beings. Everything in your subconscious transmits a specific vibration out into the Universe. So, if you want to know what a thought looks like, all you need to do is look around you.

Not all thoughts are created equal.

The power of the thought depends on how often you that thought and the strength of emotions associated with it. Remember, the more energy you give a thought, the greater its power will be.

With that, each thought has a specific frequency you need to be aware of. Knowing their frequencies will allow you to align to higher frequencies to help you with healing or manifestation.

Negative thoughts have a frequency of under 75—which is a low vibration. On the other hand, positive thoughts have high frequency; for example, love carries a frequency of 700.

The frequency you emit is what you will attract back. You have to choose what you’re creating to attract and receive in your life what you want every day.

This is why you must be aware of your thoughts. However, don’t be obsessed with it. What’s important here is to be mindful of the habitual thoughts, especially the negative ones, and adjust them accordingly to maintain a positive mental attitude.

Do not obsess over every thought that comes to your mind because this is counter-productive. That doesn’t mean you should resist your negative thoughts. A more effective way to address these negative thoughts is to learn how to cancel them by replacing them as they arise effortlessly. Don’t worry; this will take a lot of practice, so be patient with yourself.

Ideally, you want to be at a high vibration. So, you need to be aware of your thoughts every day. The more you train it to think positively, the better your life will be.
