Have you ever walked into a room and felt a chill run down your spine?
Imagine walking down the street, and suddenly, the hairs on the back of your neck stand up as if they are sprouting!
It’s an inexplicable sensation, but it’s real.
Because space contains energy as well.
Consider a battleground. You can get a sense of something dreadful without knowing all the details.
The space affects us, and it powerfully impacts our moods and thoughts for days or even weeks after the visit.
A consequence of extreme place memory is that similar events can repeatedly occur in that location. People resonate with the etheric field and become influenced by the thoughts and feelings that held them. This can happen anywhere that traumatic events have occurred in the distant past or in recent times.
So, if you’re doing everything right by setting intentions, goals, vision boards, and reciting your daily affirmations but still feel exhausted, consider the space you spend the majority of your time in.
When a space is in “Health”, energy freely moves and flows. Emotional or mental trauma, on the other hand, causes frozen and broken pockets of energy in space and time.
It can also happen in your own home.
If you’ve ever had a tense or heated argument in a room, you know it’s neither “joyful” nor “healthy”. But you can bring it back to life. It has the potential to be free-flowing.
So, why not cleanse the area where you are experiencing stagnation today?
It’s simple, effective, and enjoyable! It will leave you feeling energized, revitalized, and refreshed.
First, get rid of any clutter in the area.
And, no matter what elements you choose, the most important thing is your sense of gratitude and intention to cleanse.
When you are decluttering, hold the items you want to give or throw away and do a Marie Kondo style gratitude for the things that served a purpose for you.
Using the Elements to Cleanse Your Space
EarthSalt is a classic cleanser.
Place some rock salt in a bowl overnight or for a few days.
After you feel the space is cleansed, you can dispose of it outside in the garden. Let the earth absorb the detrimental energy from the salt and heal it.
FireFire is a powerful cleanser. We don’t want you to set your place or space on fire, so be careful if this is your method of choice.
You can also burn a tealight candle or a large bonfire outside.
AirAnything from chanting, singing, and bell-ringing comes under space-clearing rituals.
You can also burn incense such as sage sticks or sandalwood incense.
WaterYou can add salt or flower essences for its clearing and healing properties.
Sprinkle the water around the area, or you can use an atomizer.
The Power of Plants
When you are finished cleansing, consider the anxiolytic power of plants.
Certain plants work to purify the air like a natural filter;
Try the following in your home and feel the difference in the atmosphere.
- Aloe Vera
- Peace Lily
- Bamboo Palm
- Ficus Alii English Ivy
- Gerbera Daisy
