Do you ever think you’re not grateful enough?
Like sometimes, you catch yourself saying: I’m lingering too much on negativity, or I should be more grateful.
That’s the Universe, nudging you to shift your mindset.
The past year has been challenging for all of us. You may have lost a family member, loved one, mentor, or friend, and you’re just thinking you don’t deserve this kind of pain.
So, you shut down. You start to hold on to fear.
I don’t mean fear of immediate danger (although this year, that may have felt true); I am more talking about the kind of low-level fear that is constantly present.
Many people have anxiety about universal things like being sick, growing old, aging, being single, not making enough money to support our families, or failing to achieve their goals.
It is much more common for some people to feel fear than to have confidence and feel gratitude and appreciation.
This is terrible news for our physical and mental well-being, as well as our energetic vibrations.
It’s as plain as that: Fear reduces vibration.
Living in fear will leave you with a low frequency.
Your immune system will be weakened if you are always afraid, and you will be more susceptible to catching a cold or a virus.
Here are some examples of how fear can damage your health:
- Ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), exhaustion, depression, accelerated aging, and fertility issues are just some of the chronic health issues that can arise.
- Fear can disrupt the process that allows you to manage your emotions in a healthy manner.
- Fear, according to the Law of Attraction, attracts more fear. You can only draw more of the same if you continuously vibrate at a low frequency of terror. To live a safe and happy life, you must increase your vibration and step away from fear.
The Fearless Swap
It is time to swap all those negativity, especially FEAR, with POSITIVE EMOTIONS!
Gratitude and appreciation are heartfelt, optimistic emotions that can boost happiness, vitality, and zest for life.
Counting your blessings and practicing gratitude has been shown to improve fitness.
I understand that you won’t be able to avoid experiencing that familiar fear overnight, but here are some practical tips for raising your vibration of gratitude and removing that low-grade fear from your life.
1. Look at fear in the eye.
Notice its presence. Don’t hide from it. Acknowledge that it will always be with you. So talk to it:
Hello Fear, I know I can’t simply banish you from my mind, or else I will live a reckless life.
You keep me in check, and I appreciate it. But I am creating boundaries that you cannot overstep.
Please meet your new friend, Gratitude and Courage.
2. Breathe your way through it.
When anxiety arises, practice taking some long, deep breaths. Inhale deeply and hold your breath before exhaling slowly through your nose.
This practice will help calm your nervous system.
3. Make a list of all the things you are grateful for.
It can be ANYTHING!
Family, friends, the roof over your head, your clothes for today, your job, your sweet dog or cat, electricity, and water!
The more you do this, the easier it becomes. Slowly, your vibration will continue to rise.
Do it.
Bid goodbye to fear (not totally; just set boundaries) and welcome gratitude in your life, and watch as your vibration rises to a level you’ve never imagined.
So, what do we say to fear?
Goodbye, you are no longer needed here.
